Could You Please E-mail Me My Answer. I Am 61

Could you please e-mail me my answer. I am 61 year old woman with PKD. Creatinine is 5.8. Bun is 82. GFR is at 7. Potassium is in the normal range, yet I feel good. Shouldn't I be feeling lathargic with these numbers? Also My creatinine random urine is 90.1 is this normal range? My kidney Doctor is stunned how good I feel with these numbers? Please help me understand?
