Could You Please Tell Me Everything You Know That Will

Could you please tell me everything you know that will be helpful in treating/coping with Tourettes? My son is 10 years old. I am intrigued and think this is a quite remarkable resource! However, I myself had an unexpected seizure last October. (the irony: you could help me too!) However, I simply can't afford this, I'd say luxury of as many suggestions/viewpoints as I so very much would like! I don't work even though I have a M.Ed. from W&M. My daughter's college is 40K/year. To top it off, a new car payment came with the seizure.I hope one day I can take advantage of this ingenious opportunity!
