Could You Please Tell Me What Can Be Causing My

Could you please tell me what can be causing my right arm to be tingly, and right hand swollen, tingly and very painful...all evening last night and today certain times worse then others...and now starting in left arm? I have experienced the hand falling asleep here and there before, but always went right back...never this extreme..
