Could You Please Tell Me What The Test - MONOS

Could you please tell me what the test - MONOS %, AUTO is supposed to address? While I know a single test isn't a diagnosis my level was a bit low at 4, with a normal range being 4.7-11%.

My ALT was also slightly elevated.

I was having significant upper belly pain and went to urgent care. They ran the blood tests, as well as a CT scan, and said they had no idea why I was having so much pain. Gave me tramadol and sent me home.

The belly pain isn't as bad and is sporadic, but I am extremely weak and tired. I feel "sick" but the only symptoms have been a very low grade fever, my eye(lids) feel puffy and gummy, and a sore throat for a while. I am also having TERRIBLE headaches.

I've got to find out what this is so I can get off the couch! I can do one chore and it wipes me out!

Recommendations? Ideas?
