Curious About Sweating At Night, Located Around The Upper Chest

Curious about sweating at night, located around the upper chest and neck area. Sometimes it seems almost "oily". I am 52 and generally in great health. My wife sleeps under the covers....I usually sleep on top of covers. Sometimes my pillow gets so damp I have to flip it over during the night.
