Currently, I Am Having Some Spotting, Not Sure If It

Currently, I am having some spotting, not sure if it from vaginal area or urethra. I will be 70 in August. I have been extremely healthy. In 2016 I had spotting my gynecologist took a biopsy, it was negative. THe spotting stopped from Sept. 2016 until now. Just wondering what could be wrong if it is vaginal and/or it is from the urethra.
