Currently Im On Crestor 10mg And Ecosprin 150 As A

Currently Im on Crestor 10mg and Ecosprin 150 as a treatment for Brain Stroke which occured 1.5 years back. From past few weeks, I started feeling head heaviness occasionally.. My Neurologist said it seems to be migraine and has prescribed Naxodom 500 3-times a day.. for 5 days. Since I am having pain occasionally, i would like to know if its safe to have this Anti-Inflamatory drug daily
