Currently Being Tested For IBD, But Over The Last Few

Currently being tested for IBD, but over the last few months my symptoms have got alot worse also now experiencing constant nausea extremely bad trapped wind also a great deal of pain after sex as in painful period like cramps only alot worse and bad trapped wind under left rib, been checked for kidney stones gallbladder ect not getting any help from hospitals ready to give up
