Currently Experiencing Sharp Pain In Left Side Of Back Near

Currently experiencing sharp pain in left side of back near left side about 6" above waistline. Not having any issues in the bathroom or feeling constipated. Pain worse when standing/sitting straight, sudden moves, when sneezing/coughing/laughing. Started yesterday afternoon and was worse as day went on but then very mild pain through evening and early morning getting progressively worse throughout today. I'm 43, approximately 200lbs @ 5' tall. Mainly eat Paleo but did eat more carbs that normal this past weekend.
