Currently Have Singer's Syndrome. Blood And Urine Taken Regularly But,

Currently have singer's syndrome. Blood and urine taken regularly but, the last 2 urine test results for protein has come back high. September it was 436 and just this month December it was 635. From zero for years to these numbers. Going in this week for another urine test and blood work. Can you give me any idea why it would jump this high so fast?
