D Ear Doctor My Son 26 Years Old Was Taking

My son 26 years old was taking medical check up for student visa extension in Australia,CXR result shows several small calcific foci adjacent to left hilar. No strong evident of pulmonary TB.He suffered hay fever like illness but not severe just having sneezing coughing .,running nose and fever for one week in last month. I would like to know any connection between these symptom and sign.
