DD Is Anemic, Has Brain Fog, And A Swollen Cheek/jaw

DD is anemic, has brain fog, and a swollen cheek/jaw on one side only (I noticed today). A week ago she was on an antibioitc for a UTI and/or kidney infection (has severe pain in back on one side. U/S didn't see anything, so she was told to stop antibiotic. PA said to see an ENT for a tender node on one side of neck. One side has put me on alert. She has started pills for Invitro (2nd day).
