DOC Sir, my mother is suffering knee joint for the last 14 years. she was advised to go for knee cap / knee surgery by orthopedic surgeon for some time. somehow , she has negative as well positive feedback. now she is having acute pain from head to toe. all her joints are giving pain. swelling in the fingers. her sping started to bend. she is having acute shoulder pain. ortho and rhumatied doc advised her to go for knee surgery in chennai , tamizh nadu, southern india

she was advised to take cartigen. cartigen if not available take diacerein IP 50 mg for 60 days.
whether to take diacerein ip 50 mp will relief till she is operated for ortho orthirities. very mild osteo porosis started. pl advice doc sir
