Dark Red Maroon Stool (last Four Days). I Understand BBQ

Dark red maroon stool (last four days). I understand BBQ sauces can affect stool, and I enjoyed a rack of baby rack ribs with lots od BBQ sauce three days ago. The stool was always brown until this change. I do drink light beer, so I'm concerned with any other issues with darker stools. Please help.
