Dark Yellow Semen With Itchy Inside The Area Between Anus And Testicles

I am experiencing a somewhat dark yellow coloration to my semen. No pain or difference in smell or texture. I have a slight itch I suppose I would call it inside the area between my anus and testicles . Any ideas?
