Daughter Is At College. Texting Me Yesterday Re Pain Under

Daughter is at college. Texting me yesterday re pain under right breast in rib area, hurts when pressed to the point she sweats and wants to throw up. Stabbing intermittently in same area, today aching is spreading to other side and back, fatigue, only urinated once this morning (12 hrs ago) and it was brownish. Drinking lots of fluids but still no urge. Saw clinic on campus and dx with costochondritis yesterday, but she has had no trauma to area and naproxen is not helping.
