Day Before Yesterday, While I Was Swimming I Dived In

Day before yesterday, while I was swimming i dived in a wrong way after this incident my head is paining very much, it is paining a lot & from that time till now it is continue paining, what to do doctor? My sister is saying that water went inside my forehead!! Plz tell me a solution , DOCTER !!!!
