I need your advice about the result of my right x-ray that the doctor recommended for operation.
Here's the results of 2 views x-ray:
1. Recent oblique fracture seen at the shaft of the 4th Metacarpal bone with mild soft tissue edema, the fracture not reaching the articular surface with good alignment, no separated bony fragment.
2. Maintained articulating bony structures with no obvious degenerative changes changes or malalignment .

Doc, this case is required operation?
