Dear Doc,
I am 35 years old man. My height is 5ft 8inches with little obesity. Today International diabetic team colame to our office and checked our diabetic. My RBS was found 280. I was told by them to immediately see some diabetologist and get all the necessary tests done. My parents had diabetic. Is it a family inherited disease? Also I seek your advise how to start taking the treatment & do & don'ts in terms of food/diet.
