Dear Doctor,
Despite dietary precautions I, age 50 yrs , fall a victim to acute gout every six months in my lower limbs . To get rid of gout I used zyloric 100 for 6 months but then again gout surfaced. Zycolchin 5 comes to my ultimate rescue, within a week's course. Previously my consultant administered Febutaz 40 consistently but that too with lukewarm response. As such my LDL is higher than HDL, BP is also high. What could be my best option to keep gout at a bay, keeping my heart healthy. Kindly tip me with some premonitions of Gout s that I can fight it beforehand .
Thanks
Ghosh
