Dear Doctor,
Good evening. I randomly did VDRL and TPHA test today. VDRL came non-reactive whereas TPHA came 1:640.
I never had any symptoms of Primary or Secondary Syphilis ever and so treatment also doesn't come into picture. May I know why such high titers then. Thanks.
