Dear Doctor

I a having fever from last 5 days.

CBC test done thrice. my platelets are getting low on 1st nov it was 323 and on yesterday night it was 59
i am unable to eat anything because of vomiting in last 24hrs i had vomit 3 times
can you please advise what should i do ?
