Dear Doctor,
I am a 23 year old lady and I grew up with adenoids but also having allergies. I recently caught a cold which led to nasal blockage and started using over the counter meds including a nasal spray called Xylolin. As the cold was getting better i seem to have been attacked by another bout and now my adenoids are so swollen I cannot breathe and it's difficult to use the spray since they're too swollen. It's so stressful and I'm finding hard to sleep at night.
Please help me.
