Dear Doctor. I Am A Man With A Very Few

Dear Doctor. I am a man with a very few beard on my face. My mustache is long enough to be visible but my I have only few beard in my lower face. And also I have a bare chest. The less amount of hair causes me some problems. For example, it is believed that guys with no beard on face is unable to make love to a woman and subsequently unable to father a baby.

Is that true ? Is it possible to have more beard on my face by any means ? Once I visited a doc. but he told me that you have less hair follicle on your face, but its not a problem.
