Dear Doctor, I Am Aged 77 Years. I Faced With

Dear Doctor, I am aged 77 years. I faced with postrate cancer and the doctor removed my postrate about
10 years ago without any further treatment(robotric surgery). The only problem I am facing is urine leakage
and sexual dyfunction. I want to know any treatment is available for urine leakage & erection problem.
For erection I tried for cialis 10 mg but no use
