I got recently married like few weeks. I hadnt gone erection with my partner. The outer skin skin of my penis is very tight(extremely) and if I pull back it will not come, assume that much tight it is. If i pull i can see only tip of the red area of my penis. And the cap of the penis is very much inside from the begning of the penis.. Please help doctor to get rid off my problem.
