Dear Doctor, I Had TB (in The Neck, My Lungs

Dear Doctor,
I had TB (in the neck, my lungs were not infected) in the past so my TB skin test was positive. But my X-ray shows a cavity in my upper right lobe of the lung which was new compared to my previous normal lung x-rays 6 months ago. After the x-ray, I felt pain from inside the both lungs for 2 weeks but after that the pain was gone. I noticed lumps beneath my both boobs (on the cartilage next to sternum). It hurts when touching. I've been waiting for sputum culture but I'm so worried for it. Except what I've listed, there is no sign of symptoms like exhaustion, weight loss, coughing... Could I have active lung TB after all?
