Dear Doctor, I Had Viral Fever Two Weeks Back And

Dear Doctor, I had viral fever two weeks back and the consulting Doctor gave an injection each side on my back. Since then I see small pain at the injection spot with small BLACK mole kind. Why is this black mole appearing? Should I consult physician for this? I am concerned. Please answer my query. Thank you, PK
