Dear Doctor, I Have Epididimitis, And Antibiotics Helped For The

Dear Doctor, I have epididimitis, and antibiotics helped for the first six days I was on them, but then I missed a day, and hurt again the day after. I am finishing my antibiotics course now, (2 days left) but I am still a little tender. I am also taking Advil for the inflammation. I see my girlfriend for the first time in three months in a few days. How long before I am no longer diseased/ don't carry anything contagious?
