Dear Doctor,
I noticed profused bleeding from the papules over the testes sack. It happened when I felt itching in the area and rubbed the papules. Bleeding stopped itself after couple of hours. This is happening quite often (once/twice a month). Iam worried what exactly it is and which doctor to be consulted. I need the treatment fast to avoid complications and serious issues at a later date.
