Dear Doctor, I Recently Had A Transplant Done Of Around

Dear Doctor, I recently had a transplant done of around 3500 grafts.Post which my doctor has suggested me to use Tugain Foam 5 and Keraglo tablets once everynight alongwith 1 mg Finesteridine every alternate day. Its been almost 5 months since my surgery and hoping to have a decent growth. The reason was Male Pattern Balding. I'd like to know the followings -
1. How long do I have to use these medications
2. Will I have a thick head of Hair
3. Right time and right use of Foam minoxidil
4. The healing has been quite slow and I still have small boils around scalp
