Dear Doctor, I Would Like To Ask Your Advice On

Dear Doctor,

I would like to ask your advice on my Spiral/Oblique 5th Metatarsal Fracture. I fell on October 11th. Doctor advised to wear a boot walker when I start feeling less pain. On Dec 2 he pressed the foot and I had no pain, but x-ray showed no healing. He advise to start wearing strong padded (no bending shoes) shoes for 7 weeks. Now I lost a job and have no insurance to see the doctor again. I made the xray today and it looks exactly the same as a day of accident, I don't see any calcification. Not sure what should I do? I don't really feel pain and I walk ok. I move other toes and little toe I can move only a little but just because I am afraid to hurt anything. What should I do? Do I need surgical fixation or I should wait? Thanks lots in advance!
