Dear Doctor,

I'm 49 year old male, around the 20th March I had itching around my thighs after a week my scrotum and cubic area peeled off. Last week the itching came back and on Monday i notice redish pimp which I applied ointment and yesterday it started to have yellowish on top. Please advise what I can take.
