Dear Doctor, In Clinical Report Says My HBSAg Is Positive.

Dear Doctor, In clinical report says my HBSAg is Positive. When I took Ultrasound scan, the two impressions are 1. Calcified granuloma in right lobe of liver 2. Normal sonological appearance in Liver. Is is it harm ? Can i get a normal life to become HBsAG to negative?
