Dear Doctor, My Brother Has Been Under Medication To Treat

Dear Doctor,
My brother has been under medication to treat tuberculosis for over 9 months.The latest X-ray report shows Patchy nonhomogenous opacities with fibriotic streaks seen in both upper and mid zones and both hila appears pulled upwards. Is everything ok? What does this mean?
