Dear Doctor, My Brother (now 47 Years) Has Been Suffering

Dear Doctor, My brother (now 47 years) has been suffering from Oral Submuos fibrosis since 1998. In 2012 he developed oral squomous cell carcinoma and was operated in 2013 and had rediation therapy, he was declared cancer free but he had a recurrence in 2015 and was operated again. In March 2016 he had another recurrence and underwent chemotherapy (Erbitux- Cetucimab). Lately he has developed ulcers in his tongue and lips. Please help!!! Is there any cure?
