My mother in law has been treated for Breast Cancer, given are the reports. She has had the surgical removal of the tumour and has also been tested positive for HER2. We are prescribed by the doctors Trastuzumab for the treatment but we are also told that it is optional and we may skip this and can only go for chemotherapy and radiation therapy. This is what is causing confusion if we should go for Trastuzumab or skip this treatment. Please advise accordingly also if there is something else that you would like us to know after looking at the reports please do inform.
