My son has bright yellow nasal drainage. It has happened about 4 times now and only comes out of the right side of his nose. He is 16, very physically active. He hit his head the other day, but was not concussed. He complains of feeling a headache with heat in the back of his head when this happens. Any ideas? I have an appointment for him for tomorrow at urgent care. Should I take him sooner?
