Dear Doctor Rynne, my dad suffers from COPD which is exacerbated this time of year in Texas hill country by "cedar fever" from juniperus mexicanus tree. Last year he took advice from RN and took loratidine 12 hr. for a just few days with significant improvement in congestion. THIs year it occurs to me to ask if there are interactions between ADVAIR and SPIRIVA with loratidine. Didnt NOTICE any last year. Hoping he can try it again as the season is upon him.
