Dear Doctor, Yearly Once My Company Provides Health Check-up, Last

Dear Doctor,

Yearly once my company provides health check-up, Last year I've been diagnosed 5mm Kidney stone in my right kidney, I've taken NEERI medicine for one month and further didn't undergo any medical checkups as I haven't experienced any kind of pain . After a year, yesterday I have diagnosed again with the same Kidney stone in the same kidney but size becomes 4.7mm.

Kindly advise what kind of medicine/medical supervision do I need to undergo to come out of this health issue.
