Dear Doctor, I Have A Slight Dull Ache In Between

Dear Doctor, i have a slight dull ache in between my scrotum area and anus i have had this previously,its been like a radiating ache that has been painful but only occurs every 6 months enough to wake me up in the night, what is your opinion kind regards steve SYDNEY AUSTRALIA
