Dear Doctor, I Went For A Follicular Study Last Month

Dear Doctor,

i went for a follicular study last month where on day 12 of my cycle my endometrium was 5.4 mm and the dominant follicle in right ovary was 12.7X11.7 mm after that till 15 day the follicle regressed to 12X11mm and endometrium thickened to 5.8mm. On 17 day the dominant follicle was gone and endometrium was 5.8mm

My Gynae gave me following medicines CCQ 50 daily from third day of my next periods for 5 days
and then Progunna 2 mg after this twice for the next 5 days plus a tablet of consovel for the next 30 days and M2 (ayurvedic syrup) for endometrial thickness.She had suggested sildaprep to be inserted locally but I chose the syrup.I also took a homeopathic medicine to supplement this.

In this follicular cycle on Day 9 my follicle in left ovary is 11X10 mm and endometrium is 5.6 mm
and today on 10 day it is 14X13mm and endometrium is 5.8mm
I really want to conceive during this cycle, please tell me if all looks okay or some measures which I can take to ensure that this cycle is a success.
