Dear Doctor, My 25 Years Old Heavy Smoker Girlfriend Felt

Dear Doctor,
my 25 years old heavy smoker girlfriend felt suprapubic pain last week after she ate something she thinks it is expired, diagnosed in the ER with UTI and gave her antibiotics. She is Petite , eating unhealthy and irregularly all the time.

This week, she had the following:
difficulty breathing,
nausea,
fatigue,
diziness.

The ER , gave injection to eliminate the bad feeling, but it came back again in few hours.

in addition,they gave her oxygen in the clinic they advised her to stop smoking.
she used nicotine patch and she thinks that the nausea and fatigue and dizziness got worst because of it and she felt better when she removed it.

last night I asked her to press on the suprapubic area and she felt pain ( Period Pain ) but it was gone few minutes later..

Today she felt better, left over tiredness but she was so fine. But she had her period!! 7 days earlier. it has been 18 days since her last period which she gets every 25 days.
Her last period was OCT 17 ( I'm sure about the date because I count it and i write it on my cellphone and it was one day after her birthday ) and still 7 days more for her next period ( suppose to have it this coming NOV 11 )

I'm worried that she could be preganat because i read about the symptoms and it freaked me out.

Note1: we don't have sex , our private parts never touch , not even areas close to her private part... but we have oral sex . I'm afraid that someway / somehow sperms went inside by mistake or mysteriously.. or maybe from the toilet seat.

note2: no other signs of pregancy such as sweating or urinating or complaining of smells or craving .
but now she does not like the cigarettes like before. and just now when she got her period , she has her period symptoms like lower back and abdomen pain and sore breast.

Note3: I'm not telling her about my worries that she might be pregnant , so i can't ask her to do a pregnancy test.
Today we went to a primary care and I asked for female hormonal test, and that was the best i can do.

What should I do ? I'm so worried.
