Dear Doctor, my father has been diagnosed with Myelofibrosis and is under treatment for the last 3 years and is on ruxolitinib the strength is normally adjusted by the doctor basis how he is coping up.

Please let me know if this is the correct treatment or should we explore other solutions if any.
