Dear Doctor , my grandmother is 83 yrs old and suffering from cancer, basically does have ascetes in abdomen as well. she is heart patient too. her bp is almost fluctuating between 120/70 , 90/30 , 90/50, 95/55. Please evaluate her health condition and is that reaching to an end of life?
