Dear Doctor,I'm Having Pain In My Knees For At Least

Dear Doctor,I'm having pain in my knees for at least twenty years.Sometimes while sitting on bed even sitting in straight position it pains particularly on knees only,otherwise while sitting on floor with cross legs which I have to sit for two to three hours once a week by sitting at holy place.
