Dear Dr Andrew, I Have A Problem That Caused Confusion

Dear Dr Andrew,
I have a problem that caused confusion for my urology Dr, my urology Dr concentrate on my urethra to find the reason for blockage with camera, but I feel that only in the morning that stool is to hard to me out with small pieces the blockage happens, then in the after noon the blockage goes away and the urethra opens and the flow of urine is well, but some days in the morning it is completely blocked and not even a drop of urine comes out. what do you advise?
