I am Emad Abdulhalim , I am your patient meeting you in our (kidney & blood pressure clinic) in Mumbai (India) on 2010 as case of chronic renal failure .
I need you advice about my new events in my health problems , last months my complains fever (mild –moderate ) associated with score throat , chills , and back pain after hard work , I am now good urine output ( poly urea at night ) , control hypertension, about renal function test elevated urea about ~85 Mg \dl , Creatinine ~ 3.7 mg \dl , urine ex .pus cells 2-5 urine , culture = negative , throat culture = Kelibcel la species .
Currently I use the following medications:
Alloprenol 100mg ( 1x od )
Amlopress 10 mg ( 1x od )
Hypopressor 50 ( 1 x od )
Suvekan 20 mg ( 1 x od )
Past medical history : 12 years old essential hypertension regulated by Atenalol tablets 25 mg with obesity until 25 years old accidentally evection renal function test urea ~54 mg \dl ,Creatinine ~2 .7 mg \dl ,with refractory hypertension change treatment Cipral 10 mg , bid ultra sound both kidney shrinkage isotope scanning for kidneys function 56% , so no any improvement .
I come to India medical abroad from Aden (Yemen) , for search the cause for renal failure , in India excluded many cause like renal artery steno sis and autoimmune cause with advice .a am after came from India with stable general condition until last months .
please I need your advance my questions ? how I can pre serve my renal function ? I forget when I complain of fever chills, sore throat , back pain , bone pain doctor advice Cefipem injection one gram bid for seven days with vitamin D drops for 20 days.
