Dear Dr I Actually Have 3 Different Questions. Firstly, About

Dear Dr

I actually have 3 different questions.

Firstly, about 5 years ago I've experienced a testicular trauma followed by a surgery to remove the hematoma on my left testicles. Since that the form of my testicle seems to have permanently changed. I do feel that definitely the testicle I had surgery on is definitely bigger. Also the set of epididymis that I can feel behind or below my right testicle(normal one) is located on the left side of my left testicle making my scrotum form a weird shape when it is relaxed. I sometimes feel as if the left one feels a little heavier or some type of feeling that it is not 'breathing' as much as the right one. It is certainly a hard feeling to explain but I did not experience additional pain or anything directly on the testicle for the last 5 years so hopefully its not a big deal. There is certainly a very meaty component connecting the cords to my left testicle that cannot be felt on my right one. Do you feel as this is something that I should have it physically examined by a Urologist? or do you think it is an inevitable alteration of form on the left testicle as a consequence of the testicle trauma or surgery considering there isn’t other noticeable side effects?

And here is my second question, I’ve been doing my own research on this matter to find the answer but for some reason my semen seems to be clear with a slight tint of yellowness with very mild lumps. With that said, I’ve definitely noticed the same characteristic of my semen several years ago but I remember specifically about a year ago when I took a sperm test it was white without any lumps so I guess it is something that cycles back and forth. I masturbate frequently, am a young healthy male (19) and also exercise on regular basis but I do eat a lot of garlics and onions. Given that what is your take on the physical characteristics of my semen? In case you were curious, the results of the sperm test came out as ‘normal’.

Sometimes shortly after ejaculation, sometimes just out of the blue I feel a very mild sharp irritation in the left half of my lower abdomen. Nothing serious, again very mild but sharp. I can’t help but wonder if this has any relation to 2 of my symptoms I have listed above as I have hypothesized that it could be indirectly coming from my testicles or my prostate.
These are my questions. Identifying myself as a straight man and being capable of having healthy sexual life in longevity are things I value greatly so I could not help but to clarify and communicate even the tiniest concerns and curiosity I had in my sexual organs and its performance although it has bare minimum effect in my everyday life.

Sorry for a long set of complex question and thanks in advance for your knowledge and kind wisdom,

All the best,

Mike
