I am talking to a friend who is in McAllen, TX. 41 year old female in some pain in her breast. She was feeling sharp sharp pain... had to take off her bra. Now the bad feeling is spreading to arm. No discharge around the nipple. But she does feel a lump. Her lymphnodes are swollen.
I asked her if she's ever felt that before. She said the first time was about a year ago. It got really hard but then better. She now says she got a breast reduction 2 years ago. The pain is on the lower left side of her breast almost to the rib.
Obviously I'm telling her to go to the Dr. immediately but she says SHE HAS NO $$$. Ugh.... A self employed Mexican female with no medical insurance. She's in a lot of pain.... what do I do? I'm in Austin, TX, she's in McAllen, TX. Should I call an ambulance over? Or can she wait till the morning?
